Quality Assurance Policy

Purpose

The Forge Group Limited is committed to delivery of “on-time”, cost effective and high quality products and Services that satisfy the diverse requirements of our customers in both national and international markets whilst maintaining the practice of “Zero Harm” to our people and the environment.

Approach
  • Establish a clear commitment to Quality throughout our operational activities.
  • Establish a Business Management System (BMS) which effectively collates all business systems and processes into an efficient, robust, streamlined and user friendly system which ensures our customer’s needs are met.
  • Ensure the BMS is communicated, monitored, and reviewed to ensure continued suitability.
  • Focus on the continued delivery of research, education and continual improvement to the BMS.
  • Commit to, and promote the standard of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.
  • Have the BMS independently certified by 3rd party accreditation to AS/ NZS ISO 9001:2008.
Commitment

This policy applies to all forge personnel, their subsidiaries, contractors, and visitors affiliated with Forge, across all projects and operations at all times. The Forge Board of Directors commits to ensuring the Forge BMS is maintained and operated in accordance with the Company’s continual improvement practices.
